Stephanie Bush serves as a member of the board of directors of CUNA Mutual Holding Company, a leading provider of insurance and financial services to credit unions, their members, and valued customers worldwide. She joined the board in January 2026.
Bush brings more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as Executive Vice President and Head of Small Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance at The Hartford. She led an $8 billion P&L that represented 40% of The Hartford’s core earnings, driving digital transformation and AI innovation with over $500MM in capital investments.
Bush has served on multiple boards, including Inszone Insurance Services, Costero Brokers and Easter Seals Midwest and is currently a member of Lightyear Capital’s Insurance Advisory Board.
