TruStage recovery status and online resources
TruStage® continues to make progress in its recovery and restoration efforts following the cybersecurity attack identified on July 11. Because this was a particularly broad attack on our network and systems, we are rebuilding parts of our infrastructure so systems can be brought back safely, rather than simply turned back on.

NEW - Customers can report new claims, provide claim information, confirm receipt of submitted claims, and receive guidance on next steps.
NEW - Claims processing and payment capabilities continue to expand as additional systems and processes are restored across multiple product lines.
NEW - We expect to complete payment of most Life and AD&D claims that were submitted prior to July 11, 2026, by mid-September.

NEW - Representatives can answer many basic policy questions, explain available servicing options, provide guidance on forms and continuity processes, and escalate concerns when needed.
NEW - Requests submitted during the outage will continue to be honored based on their original submission date.
NEW - Recurring ACH and certain recurring credit card payments have resumed for eligible Life and AD&D customers using payment information already on file.
NEW - Coverage protections and grace period accommodations remain in place while additional servicing and payment capabilities continue to be restored.
