Easy access for all
At TruStage™, we understand the important role accessibility plays in managing personal insurance. And we’re committed to providing all customers with easy access to our websites, online services, applications and products.
To accomplish this, we have partnered with Level Access to leverage their digital accessibility platform and 25 years of experience to achieve and sustain conformance to accessibility standards. Their digital accessibility platform is used to evaluate our digital properties in accordance with best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users with disabilities.
Through this partnership, TruStage continues to develop our digital accessibility program and capabilities so that we are designing, developing, and testing our websites and online services for conformance to accessibility standards.
The user experience
Our commitment to providing all customers with the best user experience is strong and ongoing. With resources dedicated to the design, development and testing of all digital assets, we use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a guide to improve the accessibility of our webpages, applications, and multimedia assets, with a goal of meeting WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA standards.
