What is the TruStage Digital Storefront?

The TruStage Digital Storefront is a digital marketing and enrollment platform that promotes loan, deposit, insurance and ancillary products through your credit union’s digital banking platform. It helps protect more members at every stage of their lives through personalized financial offers that can be quickly accessed and redeemed from any electronic device, 24/7.

Simply put, it’s powerful SaaS technology designed to improve the customer experience, simplify their lives and help them achieve a brighter financial future.

Based on the CuneXus product acquired by TruStage in 2019, it features two major user interface components — the consumer experience and the admin portal. While the admin portal behaves as a familiar web app, the consumer experience is specifically designed to be placed into different experiences online.

Most importantly, everything can be embedded directly into the home banking experiences of your members so you can easily deliver personalized product offers when it’s the best time for them to be seen.
