Mandy Fields

Mandy Fields serves as a member of the board of directors of CUNA Mutual Holding Company, a leading provider of insurance and financial services to credit unions, their members and valued customers worldwide. She joined the board in January 2026.

Fields is the Chief Financial Officer of e.l.f. Beauty, Inc., where she has built a world class finance function and partnered closely with marketing to fuel growth, delivering 27 consecutive quarters of topline growth and driving over 7x increase in market capitalization. Under her leadership, e.l.f. has become one of the industry's fastest-growing and most admired brands.

Her career spans leadership roles at BevMo!, Safeway and Albertsons, bringing deep experience across consumer, retail and scaled operating environments. Fields previously served as a Board member for Allbirds, where she chaired the Audit Committee, and played a key role in guiding them through the IPO process.

An SEC-qualified financial expert, Fields brings extensive expertise in financial oversight, capital markets, M&A and a disciplined approach to growth investment. She is recognized for her ability to bring the consumer perspective along with discipline, credibility and strategic perspective to the boardroom.

Fields holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Fields resides in the Bay Area with her husband and two sons.
