Loan Information FAQs

  • You only have to pay your loan in full if the remaining balance is less than $10. Otherwise, you can make payments of $10 or more. To make a payment, log in to your account.

  • Yes, you can edit your loan repayment repayment plan. Please call our Customer Care Contact Center for assistance.
  • Yes, you can set up a scheduled loan repayment plan. Please call our Customer Care Contact Center for assistance.
  • Loan payoff amount and scheduled loan repayment information can be found on the policy or contract details page when logged into your account. 

    • Log in to your personal account. Select 'View Policy Details' or 'View Contract Details' from the Overview section.
    • For a printable summary, select 'View Coverage Summary' from the details page.
