Your credit union membership may qualify you for complimentary AD&D coverage.
Accidental death & dismemberment insurance can help protect you and your family if you have a fatal accident or one that causes you specific, catastrophic harm.
Why should I get Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance?
AD&D is straightforward, affordable insurance that can help protect you and your family when the unexpected happens. Unlike life insurance, it only covers you in the event of an injury that results from an accident. AD&D can help ease the burden of costs associated with injury or death from an accident by providing you and your family with funds when you need them most.
You can sign up in just a few minutes with no health questions and no medical exam.
AD&D pays cash benefits to help you prepare for future expenses, whether they're hospital bills, your mortgage, or even your kids' college funds. Your AD&D insurance benefits can be there for them even if you can't be.
We’re here to help you prepare for the unexpected. Enroll in AD&D insurance today.

Who Is Eligible
Your credit union membership may qualify you for complimentary no-cost Basic AD&D coverage. If you want to increase your coverage, you can purchase Additional Coverage and choose to protect yourself (Member Only Plan) or protect yourself and your family (Family Plan). Credit union members ages 18 and over, their spouses* and their dependent children are eligible. Eligibility ages and requirements for dependent and handicapped children may vary by state, so it’s best to refer to the Certificate of Insurance or call 1-888-888-3942 for this information.
* The definition of spouse includes a legal partner as defined by state law.
This Family Plan protects you, your spouse and your dependent children. Your spouse will be insured at 50% of the coverage level you choose. Dependent children will be covered for 20%. If you have no dependent children, your spouse will be covered for 60%. If you do not have a spouse, each of your dependent children will be insured for 25% of the coverage level you choose.
Important Benefits of Your Additional Coverage
Increasing Benefit: Each year, the value of your Additional Coverage increases by 5%—up to a total of 50% over 10 years—at no added cost to you. For example, $100,000 grows to $150,000 over 10 years, while your monthly rate stays the same.
Double Accidental Death Benefit: If you die within one year of an accident as a result of traveling on a bus, train, or other public form of transportation as a ticketed passenger—your Additional Coverage benefit doubles. This benefit covers the primary insured only, even if Family Plan is selected.
Seatbelt/Airbag Benefit: Your Additional Coverage payout increases by 10% if you die in a private vehicle accident while wearing a properly fastened seatbelt or are protected by an airbag. If you choose the Family Plan, this benefit extends to your eligible spouse and children.
Child Care Assistance: If you and your spouse are covered by the Family Plan and either of you die in an accident, your Additional Coverage pays up to $160 a month for childcare expenses.
Please Note: Benefits of Additional Coverage may vary by state or by credit union.
