TruStage has launched new online resources to help consumers access information related to the company’s recent cybersecurity incident.
The new resources include a FAQ page with up-to-date information and a page where consumers can initiate a claim. These pages are intended to make it easier for individuals to find timely information and begin the claims process.
TruStage is working diligently to understand scope and impact of the situation, strengthen available resources, and provide updates as appropriate as the company learns more.

TruStage recently identified a cybersecurity incident affecting its environment and immediately activated its incident response and recovery protocols. The company has engaged external cybersecurity experts to support containment, remediation and recovery efforts, and that work remains ongoing.
