Catie McDonald named Director of Credit Union System Relations

McDonald will lead Credit Union System Relations, serving as senior relationship manager for credit union leagues, associations and key system partners.

MADISON, Wis. — Today, TruStage® announced the appointment of Catie McDonald as Director of Credit Union System Relations. McDonald will lead the company's Credit Union System Relations team and serve as the senior relationship manager for credit union leagues, associations and key system partners. She will be responsible for advancing the company's strategic relationships in support of the credit union system.

McDonald brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across the credit union system. Most recently, she opened her own advising firm, McDonald Consulting, helping credit unions nationwide navigate strategic planning, governance, succession planning and organizational change. Prior to that she served as Chief Impact Officer for the National Credit Union Foundation and senior advisor with FarWell Advisory Services. McDonald also spent more than 15 years with America’s Credit Unions and TruStage, holding leadership positions responsible for strategy enablement, business planning, corporate strategy and enterprise transformation initiatives.
