Our process

Working with our retirement plan fiduciary consultants includes a partnership that is personalized to your needs. With an established and proven system, we’re able to help your business through every step of the investment selection and monitoring process.

  • Step 1: Evaluate your objectives.
  • Step 2: Update your investment strategies and policy statement (IPS).
  • Step 3: Choose between two approaches to implement your strategy:
    • 3(21) Co-fiduciary “Help me do it.” — Our team provides advice; you control investment decisions.
    • 3(38) Co-fiduciary “Do it for me.” — Our team makes investment decisions on your plan’s behalf.
  • Step 4: We will monitor your portfolio, provide quarterly reports and document due diligence to examiners.

Repeat steps 2-4 annually.
