If you don’t currently have health insurance through your employer, don’t qualify for Medicaid, and are under 65 (not yet eligible for Medicare), you’ll need to find health insurance by December 15. These are general rules with limited exceptions.
Through the TruStage Health Insurance Program, you’ll have access to ACA-compatible plans.
The right coverage depends on many factors: your income, your age, who will be included on your plan, how much of your healthcare expenses your plan will cover, and many others.

Before you dive in, it’s helpful to gather some information. Don’t worry about every detail, but think about the type of medical care and services you and your family members might need. Then make a list of ongoing appointments and other planned expenses—it’ll be easier to see which plans cover those services. Finally, to help determine your budget, use your past year’s medical bills, receipts and insurance forms.
